PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT

2012-present    Freelance artist with experience painting murals for towns and schools in California and Greenland, at The Freezer hostel in Iceland and in private residences. Commissioned artist for the 2017, 2016, 2015 and 2014 catalog cover and the 2015 newsletter cover for  Acorn Naturalists. 

2012-present    Commissioned artwork for plant identification signage and interpretive panels for the Charleston Retention Basin and Habitat Improvement Project (The Acorn Group/Google); commissioned artwork for print media in interpretive centers such as the Hayward Shoreline Interpretive Center (The Acorn Group/Hayward Park and Recreation District); commissioned illustrations for instructional units for Railtown 1897 State Historic Park, one of only two contiguously operating historic steam locomotive roundhouse and shop complexes remaining in the United States (The Acorn Group/California State Parks); commissioned biological and natural history illustrations, drawings and paintings for the Acorn Group, Tustin California.

2015-present    Creative Director, Acorn Naturalists: responsible for managing art production and generating product development, educational curriculum and illustrative work for catalog resources, including the Nature Circles series, as well as field guides to animal tracking, animal skulls, and pond life, Tustin, California.
